SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS

 The Future of Sound Scholarship Foundation scholarship program will be open to graduating New Jersey high school seniors who have already been accepted into a college or university music degree program of any kind including but not limited to music education, performance, musical theater, audio production, or sound engineering.

While final application details are still being developed, applicants should expect to provide:

• Basic student and school information 
• Proof of acceptance into an eligible post-secondary program 
• Intended major or area of study 
• A short essay or personal statement
• Two letters of recommendation 
• Optional performance, portfolio, or project materials

 Scholarships will be awarded through a structured application and review process. Applications will be evaluated using consistent criteria, and board members will recuse themselves from reviewing any applicant where a conflict of interest exists. In situations where a conflict is identified, an unbiased board member or designated independent reviewer will evaluate the application to help ensure a fair and impartial selection process. 

 Application dates, requirements, and deadlines will be announced once finalized.
